In just about 25 minutes, you will have the best meal ever! I kid you not. With this very simple set of ingredients, you will surely have something very satisfying to eat! Feel free to add more ingredients if you want. I think adding ground meat will take this simple recipe to the next level. Ingredients:
2 lbs mushrooms
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
½ tsp thyme, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large baking pan, add the mushrooms, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, thyme, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything until well mixed.
Step 3: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft and tender. Make sure to stir halfway through the baking time.
Step 4: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Step 5: Serve warm and enjoy!
