Ingredients:
1 c Dill Pickle Juice
1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 egg
1 c Milk
1 ½ c Flour
3 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Salt
1 ½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Paprika
Peanut Oil, or oil of choice for cooking
Directions:
Step 1: Slice the chicken breasts into 1-inch cuts.
Step 2: In a ziplock bag, add the chicken strips and pickle juice. Massage the bag until all the chicken strips are well coated with juice.
Step 3: Place the bag inside the fridge and allow the chicken strips to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 4: Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge.
Step 5: In a large mixing bowl, add the egg and milk. Beat until well mixed.
Step 6: Drain the chicken strips and toss them into the bowl with the egg mixture.
Step 7: Toss until all the chicken strips are well coated with the egg mixture.
Step 8: Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 9: Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 10: In a ziplock bag, add the powdered sugar, paprika, flour, salt, and pepper. Shake until well combined.
Step 11: Put the marinated chicken strips inside the flour mixture and shake until well coated.
Step 12: Drop the chicken strips in batches into the hot oil. Cook until they turn brown and crispy.
Step 13: Place the cooked chicken strips onto a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Step 14: Serve and enjoy!
