Ingredients:
30 peppermint candies crushed
1 ½ lb semi-sweet dark chocolate
1 ½ lb white chocolate
¾ tsp peppermint flavour oil-based
Directions:
Step 1: Line with parchment paper a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Step 2: In a microwavable bowl, add the dark chocolate chips, then put it inside the microwave and allow it to melt for about 90 seconds. Make sure to stir every 30 seconds.
Step 3: Transfer the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly on the bottom.
Step 4: Place the white chocolate in the microwave and allow it to melt as well for about 30 seconds, then stir in the peppermint flavour.
Step 5: Spread the melted white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate.
Step 6: Sprinkle the crushed candies on top and press them gently.
Step 7: Put the baking pan inside the fridge to chill and set for about 30 minutes.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to use chocolate chips for this recipe.
You can also use melted chocolate if you already have it.
