A very hassle-free meal that I am sure you can pull off! In about 45 minutes, you will have the best lunch or dinner ever! The rich meaty flavour of this Goulash is the best thing you will taste today! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
2 yellow onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 c water
29 oz tomato sauce
29 oz diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp kosher salt
8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
Directions:
Step 1: Place a large Dutch oven on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 2: Add in the ground beef, garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes or until brown and crumbly.
Step 3: Discard some of the greases and toss in the rest of the ingredients except the elbow macaroni. Allow the mixture to boil.
Step 4: Cover and reduce the heat to low, then simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 5: Add in the macaroni and stir until well mixed. Cook for 20 minutes more or until done.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
