Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1.5 pound (about 3) potatoes diced largely
3 carrots sliced
1 onion diced
1-2 garlic cloves minced
6 ounces can tomato paste
2 c water
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions:
Step 1: Place pan on the stove and turn the heat medium.
Step 2: Add in oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 3: Add in the beef and cook until brown.
Step 4: Drain and place it on a clean plate, then set aside.
Step 5: Slice the onion, carrots, and potatoes into small pieces.
Step 6: In a mixing bowl, add in the garlic, tomato paste, oregano, onion powder, oregano, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
Step 7: In a crockpot, add all the ingredients and add enough broth or water. Stir until well combined.
Step 8: Cover and set the crockpot to low and cook for about 7 hours.
Step 9: Ladle the stew into a serving bowl.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Serve this delicious stew with bread.
Also, be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add!
