Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 package (15.25 ounces) dark chocolate cake mix
Ingredients listed on the box to make the cake
1 box (3.56 ounces) instant Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Pudding mix
4 c milk, divided
1 jar (12.8 ounces) Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate topping
For the Topping:
1 box (3.56 ounces) instant Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Pudding mix
1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Giant (6.8 ounces) Hershey Dark Chocolate candy bar, chopped
Directions:
Step 1: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the cake mix on how to bake it. Use a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add 2 cups of milk and pudding mix. Stir until well combined.
Step 3: Poke small holes on top of the hot cake.
Step 4: Spread the pudding mixture over the cake.
Step 5: Place the chocolate topping inside the microwave and allow it to melt for at least 45 seconds.
Step 6: Spread the melted chocolate on top of the cake, then allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 7: In a medium mixing bowl, add 2 cups of milk and the second pudding mix. Stir until well combined.
Step 8: Spread the second pudding mix over the cake.
Step 9: Sprinkle chopped candy bar on top.
Step 10: Place the cake inside the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Feel free to use any instant chocolate pudding for this recipe.
