This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was just a little kid. I remember my Grandma used to make this all the time! Oh, man, she was a very skilled cook. I was a keen observer of her greatness in the kitchen. I am so grateful to her for teaching me everything I needed to learn in the kitchen. By the way, these heavenly treats are so easy to make. In about 10 minutes, you will surely have the best set of treats ever! I always serve this with hot coffee or cocoa. Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Feel free to add more ingredients if you want. You will surely love the caramelized top of these luscious Cinnamon Bananas! Another thing I love about this is that you don’t need to bake it. All you need is a skillet and a stove and you are good to go! Have a wonderful day, friends. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 Bananas cut into ½ inch pieces
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp raw honey or regular honey
Directions:
Step 1: Place a frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 2: Add in the butter, honey, and cinnamon. Allow the butter to melt and stir until well combined.
Step 3: Add in the banana slices and cook until caramelized for about 4 minutes.
Step 4: Reduce the heat if needed to prevent the bananas from burning.
Step 5: Flip the bananas and cook the other side for 4 minutes more until golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from the heat.
Step 7: Serve over pancakes, French toast, yoghurt, and ice cream. Enjoy!
