Ingredients:
1 c shredded mozzarella
1 c Shredded parmesan cheese
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
6 slices of pepperoni *feel free to add more
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add in the cheeses, egg, Italian seasoning, and pepperoni. Stir until well combined.
Step 4: Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a pizza.
Step 5: Top with the pepperoni and sprinkle more Italian seasoning if preferred.
Step 6: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 7: Broil for another 3 minutes or until the cheese becomes golden brown.
Step 8: Remove from the oven and cut the pizza into small sticks.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
