I never thought that this recipe could make me very satisfied! Aside from the delicious taste, the ingredients are also pretty basic. I am sure that you have them in your fridge right now! I have listed all the directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! If you want, you can add more ingredients depending on your preference. Ingredients:
CAKE MIX:
1 box yellow cake mix
3 boxes pistachio pudding dry mix
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup milk
1 cup sour cream
4 Eggs
FROSTING:
8 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
½ cup butter (softened)
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups of powdered sugar
2 tablespoon milk
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add in the cake mix, dry mix, oil, milk, sour cream, and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer until well combined.
Step 3: Transfer the batter into a bundt pan.
Step 4: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour.
Step 5: Remove from the oven and transfer the cake to a serving plate. Let it sit at room temperature to cool completely.
Step 6: In a medium mixing bowl, add in the cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and milk. Whip until well combined. Add more powdered sugar if needed.
Step 7: Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
