I always serve this on weekends when everyone is around. My kids love it! Just look at the ingredients and you will have a solid idea of how this is going to taste. Enjoy!
Ingredients
½ lb ground beef, (85/15)
1 c corn
⅔ c Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
⅓ c whole milk
¼ c sour cream
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ c bacon, cooked and crumbled
32 oz tater tots
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 3: Add in the beef and cook until brown.
Step 4: Add the cream of mushroom soup, corn, milk, sour cream, ½ cup of cheese, bacon, onion powder, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Step 5: Arrange the beef mixture on the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.
Step 6: Add a layer of cheese over the beef mixture and top it with tater tots.
Step 7: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until done. Make sure not to cover it.
Step 8: Remove from the oven and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
Step 9: Put it back inside the oven and bake for 5 minutes more or until the cheese has melted completely.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
