Ingredients:
2 package cream cheese, softened, 8 ounces
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
4 green onions, chopped (can also use chives)
⅓ cup black olives, chopped (I use little can)
6 (8”) flour tortillas (can use wheat, spinach, or tomato tortillas)
1 celery rib, chopped
½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
Directions:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and dressing mix. Stir using a fork.
Step 2: Add in the green onions and other veggies. Mix until incorporated.
Step 3: Evenly spread the cream cheese on the flour tortillas.
Step 4: Roll the tortillas and wrap with plastic wrap.
Step 5: Place the rolled tortillas in the fridge to chill for at least 3 hours or until set.
Step 6: Once ready, take the rolled tortillas out of the fridge and cut diagonally into half-inch slices.
Step 7: If desired, serve with salsa dip.
