My family’s favourite on Thanksgiving. Best serve with turkey or eat as is. A dessert that everyone loves! A simple and healthy salad loaded with cranberries, oranges, apples, pecans, celery, and pineapples. A mixture of everything we love in one.
Cranberries have lots of claimed nutrients. It is a superfood that is high in nutrients and antioxidants. Studies say that cranberries lower the risk of urinary tract infection (UTI), prevent cancer, improving the immune system, and lower blood pressure.
When my mom turned sixty, we make sure to serve her only the best and healthy foods. And since she loves salad, we include this on her diet. And she’s happy. She enjoys every bite and always asking for more. Even my picky eaters love this salad so much. This is great because this salad is not only delicious, but it’s full bloom healthy. This cranberry salad is a real keeper and a must-have.
