Ingredients:
12 ounces spaghetti
1 jar(s) prepared spaghetti sauce (24 ounces)
1 pound ground beef, lean
½ cup diced green pepper
½ cup diced onions
½ cup grated carrots
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Step 1: Pour salted water in a pot.
Step 2: Place it on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow it to boil.
Step 3: Add in the spaghetti noodles and cook for 8 minutes or until al dente.
Step 4: Drain the water and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 5: Pour cream cheese over the hot noodles and toss until well combined.
Step 6: Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 7: Add the ground beef, onions, grated carrots, garlic, and green peppers. Cook until the beef is brown and the veggies are soft.
Step 8: Sprinkle the Italian seasoning to taste.
Step 9: Add in the spaghetti sauce and stir until well combined.
Step 10: Apply cooking spray and arrange on the bottom a little amount of the hamburger mixture in a Pyrex 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 11: Place the spaghetti over the sauce and top it with the remaining hamburger mixture.
Step 12: Sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese on top.
Step 13: Place it inside the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C until done.
Step 14: Remove from the oven allow it to cool for at least 3 minutes.
Step 15: Serve warm and enjoy!
