These biscuits are so good! They are best served with hot coffee on a gloomy Sunday afternoon! I don’t know, but every time I make these luscious biscuits, it is always gloomy weather. Anyway, with these simple ingredients, you can make such an amazing batch of delicious biscuits! Feel free to add more ingredients if you feel like it. I think sprinkling a generous amount of cheese on top will make these biscuits extra special! I will give it I try one of these days for sure. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 2: Add spoonfuls of sour cream over the mixture.
Step 3: Add oil and stir until well blended.
Step 4: Now, use your hands to mix the dough all the way to the bottom.
Step 5: Sprinkle flour on a flat surface. Place the dough and knead about 8 times.
Step 6: Roll the dough into an 8-inch circle.
Step 7: Cut the dough into 6 biscuits using a biscuit cutter.
Step 8: Place the cut dough into a cookie sheet.
Step 9: Put small pats of butter over each biscuit.
Step 10: Place the biscuits inside the oven and bake at 425 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes or until the colour of each biscuit turns golden brown.
Step 11: Remove the biscuits from the oven and let them sit on wire rack.
Step 12: Top each biscuit with the rest of the butter.
