Ingredients:
¾ c Grated Parmesan or Italian Shredded Cheese
3 tablespoons cream cheese
32-ounce bag of frozen corn
salt and pepper (as desired)
¾ teaspoon Garlic Powder
3 tablespoons butter
Directions:
Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the frozen corn, then stir and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and stir until melted completely.
Add garlic powder and shredded cheese, then stir until well blended.
Remove the pan from the stove, then add a bit of salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Serve right away and enjoy!
Notes:
Add cream or milk if you want a creamier texture. Make sure not to add a lot. Just a splash at a time.
Always use frozen corn for this recipe. Make sure to drain them first.
Feel free to apply cooking spray instead of using butter.
Feel free to add shredded cheese to this recipe as well. I recommend mozzarella or Parmesan cheese. They would taste well with garlic powder.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them in the fridge.
