Servings: 2 dozen
These peanut butter balls are one of my favorites! They are super easy and quick to make using just four ingredients (creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, chocolate bark, and butter). I make these tasty peanut butter balls as one of the centerpieces during the holidays. I even love wrapping them up in a baggie to give as a gift. For this recipe, you are welcome to use your favorite melting chocolate that hardens. I always make sure to whip up a big batch because these peanut butter balls vanish really fast! The best part is you are not required to turn the oven on as these bad boys are no-bake!
Ingredients
6 tablespoons unsalted butter – softened
1 c. creamy peanut butter – avoid the natural peanut butter with oils
16 ounces chocolate bark
2 c. powdered sugar
How to make 4 Ingredients No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls
Step 1: Combine the peanut butter and butter in a medium-sized bowl until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well blended.
Step 2: In a small bowl, place the peanut butter ball and cover. Keep in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Step 3: Remove the bowl from the fridge, then scoop 1-inch-sized balls. Roll the ball to shape and place it on a cookie sheet. Do the same with the rest. Keep in the freezer while prepping the chocolate.
Step 4: On top of a saucepan filled with water, place a heat-safe bowl. Let the water boil, then place the chocolate bark into the bowl. Stir the chocolate bark until fully melted.
Step 5: Take the peanut butter balls out of the freezer and start dipping them one by one into the ball using a toothpick, tapping your wrist a couple of times with your hand to release some of the chocolate drippings.
Step 6: Onto a sheet of wax paper, drop the coated balls. Let the chocolate harden. Then, transfer the balls into a container and keep them on the counter or store them in the fridge.
