It is incredibly easy and quick to make using just three ingredients; cream cheese, a can of chili (you can use your favorite), and sharp cheddar cheese. Layer the cream cheese, chili, and cheddar, then bake for a couple of minutes. Enjoy this dip with corn chips or tortilla chips and serve on game nights, movie nights, or snacking.
This Chili Cheese Dip is my go-to whenever I find myself craving a cheesy delicious dip. It is seriously easy and quick together. The salty, chili cheese flavor of this dip will make your mouth water every time. Crazy good you’ll want to just dip your fingers in the dip and lick it!
I always make a big batch of this Chili Cheese Dip because this is gone way too fast! The last time I served this dip, the first batch has been scooped clean! I remembered my youngest cried her heart out because nothing was left! From then, I make sure to whip up a huge batch to make sure everyone will get their fair share.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 ounces of cream cheese, at room temperature
Tortilla chips or corn chips, for serving
1 (15-ounce) can of chili
How to make 3-Ingredient Chili Cheese Dip
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Evenly across the bottom of a pie pan, spread the cream cheese. Top with chili, evenly spreading it using a spatula or spoon. Then, sprinkle the cheddar on top
Step 3: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done, and serve the Chili Cheese Dip immediately with your preferred chips. Enjoy!
