Talk about the perfect salad! This Cucumber salad is simply amazing! Ready in just 10 minutes, this will be the best decision you will ever make today! The ingredients for this salad are very easy to find. I’m pretty sure you already have them in your fridge right now! This salad is best served with fried chicken or fried pork chop with some rice. It is like the best Asian food experience! I highly suggest you let this salad chill for an hour or two before serving it. Thank me later! Anyway, I hope you like it. Don’t forget to share this recipe with your loved ones as well. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
½ tsp toasted sesame oil
¼ c of rice wine vinegar
¼ c of finely sliced red onion
¼ tsp of red pepper flakes
1 tsp of sesame seeds
¼ tsp of sea salt
4 c of very thinly sliced seedless cucumbers (I used mini cucumbers)
1 tsp of honey
¼ c of fined diced red pepper
Directions:
Thinly slice the cucumbers. You should get about 4 cups of them.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cucumber slices, sesame seeds, red pepper slices, and onion slices.
In another mixing bowl, add sea salt, honey, rice wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, and toasted sesame oil. Stir everything until well blended.
Pour the dressing into the bowl with the cucumbers, then toss everything until completely coated.
Place the bowl in the fridge and allow the salad to chill for 1 to 2 hours to incorporate all the flavors.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Note:
Keep leftovers chilled in the fridge.
For an extra kick, try adding freshly chopped chilis to the salad.
