Preheat your oven to 390F (200°C)
Start by spraying a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
Then, spread the onion slices in the bottom of the dish.
Next, add the potatoes slices on top of the onion. And then add salt, black pepper and olive oil on the top of potatoes.
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and then place it over the potatoes.
For sauce:
In a mixing bowl put two eggs and add 200ml of heavy cream, 1 tsp of curry and 1 tsp of Provencal herbs. Whisk well and then Pour the sauce over the top.
Cover it with aluminum foil and put on oven (200°C) for 40-50 minutes.
Finally take off from oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese; then put slices of tomato in the top of cheese and add sprinkle more shredded cheese on top of tomatoes then put it back on oven for more 10-15 minutes. Enjoy
