- Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Place potatoes in a pan.
- Combine milk, heavy cream and dry mustard in a large saucepan. Add salt, garlic powder, parsley, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix milk, heavy cream, dry mustard, salt and garlic powder in a large saucepan. Once the mixture is simmering on medium heat add cheese. Stir frequently until cheese is melted.
- Bake potatoes covered with cheese mixture for about 60 minutes. Enjoy!
