Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Bisquick mix

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sausage, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and Bisquick mix. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  3. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
