Ingredients:
2 Egg whites, at room temperature
¼ tsp cream of tartar
A pinch of salt
½ c sugar, superfine preferred, but not necessary
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat 107 degrees C or 225 degrees F.
Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, add the egg whites and beat until creamy.
Add salt and the cream of tartar. Beat again until it forms stiff peaks.
Add sugar gradually and beat until well blended.
Transfer the meringue in spoonfuls onto the lined baking sheet. Make sure to leave a space between each meringue.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let the meringue rest inside for another hour.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Place any leftovers inside an airtight container.
