Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Rub
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
4 tsp brown sugar
4 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Rub olive oil all over the chicken breasts.
In a mixing bowl, add all the rub ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts. Make sure to coat each well.
Arrange the coated chicken breasts onto a baking sheet. Make sure to leave a bit of space between each chicken.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
Turn the chicken over and bake for another 10 minutes or until done.
Remove the chicken breasts from the oven, then cover them. Let them rest for about 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature.
Slice into bite sizes.
