Ingredients:
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 bone-in pork chops
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 162 degrees C or 325 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, add paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Rub each pork chop with the mixture. Make sure to coat each well.
Line with aluminium foil a shallow baking dish.
Arrange the pork chops into the prepared baking dish. Make sure to leave a small space between each pork chop.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Make sure to flip the pork chops after 15 minutes of baking time to cook the other sides.
Broil for another 5 minutes for a crispy texture.
Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
