Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp

This Baked Shrimp recipe is so good! I love serving this dish on special occasions. My family and friends could not get enough of it! Oh, man, the smell alone of this dish will surely make you very hungry! I have listed all the steps so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

FOR THE SHRIMP:

1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup dry white wine

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided

Juice from one lemon

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

FOR THE TOPPING:

3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan, then add tablespoons melted butter and wine.

Step 3: Place the baking pan inside the oven and heat for 10 minutes or until the has reduced.

Step 4: In a medium mixing bowl, add the rest of the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and shrimp. Toss the bowl until the shrimp is well seasoned.

Step 5: In another mixing bowl, add the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Step 6: Take the baking dish out from the oven. Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer.

Step 7: Top the shrimp with the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 8: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes or until done.

Step 9: Turn into broil setting and broil for 2 minutes over high heat.

Step 10: Remove from the oven and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
