Sausage, ravioli, cheese, and a lot more! This Easy White Ravioli Casserole is the ultimate comfort food! In less than an hour, this casserole will surely make your day extra special! I’m sure you and your family are going to love it. Perfect for dinner when everyone is around. You don’t need to worry about leftovers because there won’t be any. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups baby spinach, chopped, packed
(1) 9.6-ounce bag of pre-cooked sausage crumbles
(2) 25-ounce bags of frozen or premade cheese ravioli
cracked black pepper
(2) 15-ounce jars of Alfredo sauce, (I like to use basil Alfredo sauce.)
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce into a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly. You can also use a large casserole dish.
Add the ravioli over the sauce and arrange them intact, followed by 1 cup of chopped spinach and ½ of the sausage. Top everything with cracked pepper. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients ending with the sauce, cheese, and pepper.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the top turns brown.
Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add red peppers if you want a spicy version.
You can cook this Easy White Ravioli Casserole in the slow cooker. Just layer the ingredients and cook everything for about 3 to 4 hours on a low setting.
