Ingredients:
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 (8 ounces) packages of cream cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
8 hoagie rolls
1 packet ranch seasoning
8 slices of cheddar cheese
3 chicken breasts
Directions:
In the slow cooker, add ranch seasoning, chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic powder. Stir everything until blended.
Cover and seal the slow cooker, then cook everything for about 3 to 4 hours on a high setting.
Brush the hoagie rolls with butter, then bake them in the oven at 350 degrees F for a few minutes until toasted. Remove from the oven.
