Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 c Granulated Sugar
1 stick butter
1 large can of Crushed Pineapple drained
5 Slices White Bread cubed
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Add sugar and butter into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended and creamy.
Add the eggs gradually and beat every addition until well combined.
Slice the bread into ½-inch pieces
Add the bread slices into the bowl with the creamed mixture as well as the drained pineapple. Use your clean hand to mix everything until well combined.
Apply cooking spray in a baking dish
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
