A big thanks to my very good friend, Anna, for this awesome recipe! I made this casserole last week and it was the best decision I have ever made! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Try this recipe now and prepare to fall in love! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this very simple recipe even better! Breakfast, lunch, or dinner will be awesome again with this homemade Hashbrown Casserole! Have the most wonderful day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 stick butter melted
1 small Onion chopped
1 c Sour Cream
30 ounces Frozen Hash Browns thawed
8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
Apply cooking spray in a 9×11-inch baking dish.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Set aside 1 cup of cheese, then add the rest into a mixing bowl as well as the soup, black pepper, and onion. Stir until well combined.
Add the sour cream and stir until well blended.
Add the melted butter and hashbrowns, then stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 45 to 55 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Note:
My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later!
