I will never get tired of recommending this recipe to my friends, and that includes you! These Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups are so good! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this recipe even better. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups finely chopped broccoli {or spinach}
1 box lasagna noodles
1 cup shredded mozzarella
3 cups cooked shredded chicken {2 large chicken breasts}
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
Place a pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Allow the water to boil.
Add the chicken breasts and cook until fork-tender. Drain and shred into small pieces.
Refer to the directions provided on the package of the lasagna on how to cook it. Drain and cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, add Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, broccoli, shredded chicken, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, cheese, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Apply cooking spray in a casserole dish.
Add a bit of Alfredo sauce into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly on the bottom.
Place a noodle on a flat surface and top it with spoonfuls of the chicken mixture. Roll it and place it into the prepared baking dish over the Alfredo sauce.
Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
Spread the rest of the Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.
Place the rolls inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove the cover and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
