Ingredients:
1 pouch (1 pound 1.5 ounces) Betty Crocker™ oatmeal cookie mix
½ c Butter or margarine softened
1 Egg
3 pkg (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
¾ c sugar
½ c whipping cream
3 Eggs
1 jar (10 ounces) blueberry spreadable fruit
1 ½ c fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) whole blueberries
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 13×9-inch cake pan.
Step 3: Add butter, cookie mix, and egg into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared cake pan and press it into the bottom.
Step 5: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until done.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
Step 7: In the meantime, add sugar and cream cheese into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.
Step 8: Add eggs and whipping cream. Beat until well mixed.
Step 9: Spread the fruits on top of the crust, then sprinkle the blueberries over them.
Step 10: Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the blueberries.
Step 11: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 12: Remove from the oven and place it inside the fridge to cool for about 2 hours.
Step 13: Slice into small bars.
Step 14: Serve and enjoy!
