The best indeed! These Honey Soy Chicken Thighs are perfectly seasoned! Dinner is served in less than an hour! This recipe reminds me of my favorite Filipino dish which is Adobo. The one thing they have in common is that they both taste incredible! Try this recipe now, and prepare to be amazed. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp raw honey
½ tsp ginger chopped
2 ½ lbs. chicken thighs, organic skin & boneless
fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Add soy sauce, ginger, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, and honey into a bowl. Stir until well blended.
Clean the chicken with water, then remove any excess fat.
Put the chicken into the bowl with the marinade, then toss until well coated. Place it inside the fridge to marinate for at least an hour.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Transfer the chicken and the marinade into a baking dish.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken for thighs for about 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Turn the chicken over a few times during the cooking time to evenly cook all sides.
Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.
Serve right away with mashed potatoes or rice. Enjoy!
Notes:
Don’t forget to spoon the delicious sauce over each serving!
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to 5 days.
Reheat in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
You can also reheat them in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
