Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly cracked (optional)
10 Chicken Wings segmented into tips, ‘wing’, and drumettes (total of 30 pieces)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder, not soda
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 250 degrees F or 125 degrees C.
Place the prepped chicken wings into a large mixing bowl, then sprinkle salt and baking powder on top. Hand-mix until the chicken wings are fully coated with baking powder.
Place the chicken wings onto a baking tray and arrange them in a single layer leaving a small space between each wing.
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the chicken wings for half an hour.
Turn the heat up to about 425 degrees F and bake the chicken wings for 40 minutes. Remove them from the oven.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to garnish each chicken wing with pepper.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to 7 days.
It is important to completely dry the chicken wings before seasoning them.
