1 can (14 oz.) of sweetened condensed milk
1 box (5 oz.) Instant Banana cream pudding mix
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c milk
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
2 packages of Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies
6 medium bananas, sliced
Place the entire pack of the chessmen cookies to the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking dish.
Place the banana slices over the cookies.
Add sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Beat for a few minutes until well incorporated.
Add the milk and pudding mix, then stir until well blended. Make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl to get the stuck mixture.
Add the cool whip and stir until well blended.
Pour the mixture on top of the banana layer into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
Add the rest of the chessmen cookies over the pudding mix layer. Make sure to cover the top.
Wrap the entire baking dish with plastic, then place it in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Feel free to use Vanilla Pudding Mix instead of Banana Cream flavor.
For this recipe, I used 2% milk.
You can use Butter Cookies or Nilla Wafers instead of Chessmen Shortbread Cookies.
I suggest using an electric mixer to beat the ingredients.
Always chill this for at least 4 hours.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them in the fridge.
