Ingredients:
1 lb (454 g) broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp (30 ml) oil (approximately)
½ tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Fresh lemon wedges
Directions:
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli.
Step 2: Drizzle with olive oil the broccoli.
Step 3: Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the broccoli to season.
Step 4: Place the seasoned broccoli in the Air Fryer and cook for 12 to 15 minutes at 190 degrees C or 380 degrees F. Make sure to turn the broccoli about 3 times while cooking.
Step 5: Place the cooked broccoli on a clean serving plate, then place lemon wedges on the side.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
